第14届中蒙俄国际学术研讨会议通知

先生、女士：

中蒙俄国际学术研讨会已经成功举办了13届，依据13届中蒙俄国际会议主席团决议，第14届中蒙俄国际学术研讨会于2019年8月15日——20日在中国青岛市举办。主办单位：中国石油大学（华东）、雷竞技的赛事积分、蒙古国科学院哲学院、俄罗斯西伯利亚分院、蒙古国腾格里大学；承办单位：中国石油大学（华东）马克思主义学院、雷竞技的赛事积分马克思主义学院；协办单位：中国少数民族哲学及社会思想史学会、新时代中国平衡与充分发展研究基地。

一、大会主题

“当代世界相邻国家面临的迫切问题研究”

“Орчин ?еийн ерт?нц дэх хил дамнасан тулгамдсан асуудал”

二、大会工作语言

英文、蒙古文、俄文、中文。

三、会议论文

1.英文提要500-1000字符。2.论文原文3000-7000字。2019-06-30日前提交大会秘书组。

四、会务费

蒙古国、俄罗斯代表团，各免费接待8名代表，国外其他代表每人350美元。国内代表：每人600元人民币，学生代表减半；路费、住宿费自理。

五、到达方式

1.国外代表团可乘飞机到达北京，然后乘动车、高铁从北京到达青岛站，会务组负责青岛站接站。2019年8月12日前将到达航班和动车、高铁日期、班次通知会务组。

2.国内代表：青岛机场有机场大巴，可直达石油大学站。火车站有隧道大巴可到达中国石油大学站。

Notice of the 14thChina-Mongolia-Russia International Seminar

The China-Mongolia-Russia International Seminar has been successfully held for 13 sessions. According to the presidium resolution of the 13thSeminar, the 14thChina-Mongolia-Russia International Seminar will be held in Qingdao(China)from Aug.15thto Aug.20th, 2019. It is our pleasure to invite you to the seminar.

I.Theme of the Seminar:Study on pressing issues faced by neighboring countries in the contemporary world.(“Орчин ?еийн ерт?нц дэх хил дамнасан тулгамдсан асуудал”)

II. Working Languages:English, Mongolian, Russian and Chinese.

III. Seminar Papers:1.English abstract with 500-1,000 words. 2.Original paper with 3,000-7,000 words. Please submit the above two to the secretariat groupof the14thSeminar(E-mail: ) before Jun.30th.

IV. Seminar Fee:Free of Charge for each 8 delegates from the Mongolian and the Russian delegations, and the other international delegates need to pay 350 USD as Seminar Fee.

Domestic participants: 600 RMB for each participant and half for students, and please cover your own accommodation and transportation.

V. Arrival:

1. Foreign delegations can arrive in Beijing by air, and then by train or high-speed train from Beijing to Qingdao Railway Station;or take direct flight to Qingdao Airport. The secretariat group will be responsible for the reception at Qingdao Railway Station. Please notice us about your arrival manner ( flight/train number and time for arrival) before Aug.12, 2019.

2. Domestic participants: Qingdao Airport Buses go directly to Petroleum University Station, meanwhile the tunnel buses from Qingdao Railway Station can also reach China Petroleum University (South Gate).
